On November 16, 2021, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Huang Xinming, Board Director and Senior Vice President of JA Solar in Beijing. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on comprehensive cooperation in new energy at home and abroad. Li Dong, Assistant President of JA Solar, Zhang Fenghai, General Manager of JA Solar (China), Xiao Jiming, Senior Manager and Tian Chunguang, Key Account Manager, Huang Hui, Jia Geng, Wang Liuhu, Vice Presidents of Beijing Energy International, Zhou Guo, Director of Safety Production, Liu Jiguang, General Manager of Business Planning Department, Guo Liang, General Manager of Overseas Business Department and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.




During the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed Huang Xinming and his delegation, and introduced the development of Beijing Energy International and its development plan. He said that JA Solar was a great player in the photovoltaic industry, with leading technology and sophisticated global sales and service network, and rich experience in project development and other fields. He believed that the two sides had great cooperation potential in new energy at home and abroad and hoped that both sides could leverage their respective advantages, jointly cope with market changes, establish a long-term effective cooperation and development mechanism, sign strategic cooperation agreements, and strive for mutual benefit and win-win outcome.


Huang Xinming introduced the past and present development of JA Solar. He said that Beijing Energy International, as a red chip company listed in Hong Kong, was a stronger player amid its rapid development phase and registered extraordinary growth in the past year, with investment business covering all provinces and cities across China, and in Australia, Europe and countries along the Belt and Road. He believed that the two sides were highly aligned on investment and development of new energy business and could foster a long-term strategic partnership for common development.
