On September 8, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Lu Ming’an, party secretary and chairman of the First Engineering Company of China Anneng Construction Group, and Ma Ruren, chairman of Renai Group in Beijing. The three parties exchanged on in-depth cooperation in new energy and signed an agreement on cooperative development of new energy projects.

At the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed the visit of Lu Ming’an and Ma Ruren, and introduced the business layout and future planning of Beijing Energy International. He said that the First Engineering Company of China Anneng Construction Group and Renai Group are competitive partners with outstanding specialized capacity and have made remarkable achievements in their respective fields. The three companies are highly aligned on their development concepts in the field of new energy, and there is a wide space for cooperation. He said that the three parties would fully use their respective advantages, carry out in-depth and all-round cooperation in new energy project development and energy storage and accelerate the implementation of cooperative projects.

Lu Ming’an introduced the business situation of the First Engineering Bureau of Anneng Group. He said that the First Engineering Company of China Anneng Construction Group has been vigorous and ambitious in pursuing its development goals. He hoped that the three parties would take this meeting as an opportunity to maintain a long-term friendly and cooperative relationship, strengthen cooperation in the field of new energy, and achieve win-win results through innovation and development, so as to jointly support the country’s green and low-carbon transformation and development.

Ma Ruren introduced the industrial status and development advantages of Renai Group. The three parties share similar development concept. It hopes to leverage the advantages of the three parties’ resources, comprehensively deepen cooperation and exchanges, and explore pragmatic cooperation in the field of new energy for high-quality development.

Finally, the three parties signed an agreement on cooperative development of new energy projects. According to the agreement, the three parties will carry out all-round, long-term strategic cooperation in new energy project development and industrial coordination and build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership.
