On August 5, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, and Zhu Jun, President, met in Beijing with Shen Bing, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Shanghai Electric Power Station Group. The two sides held in-depth discussions focused on the development of energy base projects.
During the meeting, both parties shared their respective development histories, business layouts, and core strengths, and conducted in-depth exchanges on key topics such as clean and efficient coal power technology upgrades, hydrogen application innovation, and advancements in energy storage technologies. Both sides agreed that the two companies share highly aligned core businesses and enjoy strong complementary advantages, providing a solid foundation for cooperation based on energy base projects. Going forward, the two sides will leverage their respective strengths to consolidate cooperation in clean energy and technological innovation, while actively exploring new areas such as green energy storage and green hydrogen sectors. By innovating cooperation models and focusing on energy base development, they aim to jointly build a new ecosystem for high-end equipment, promote the construction of a new-type power system, and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development. This collaboration will contribute to the implementation of national strategies and support high-quality economic and social development.
