On August 7, Zhang Ping, Chairman of Beijing Energy International, led a delegation to visit Jiang Jianxin, Chairman of Zhongludao Marine Ranch Technology Development Co., Ltd., in Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province. The two sides held discussions on deepening multi-field cooperation and signed a cooperation agreement. 

During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective locational advantages, business sectors, and industrial layouts. They recognized that each company holds leading expertise in its field, enjoys complementary strengths, and shares broad prospects for cooperation. Going forward, the two sides will enhance communication, leverage their respective resources, talent, and technological advantages, and focus on key areas such as the marine economy and marine new energy. They will engage in practical, multi-faceted collaboration, jointly advance the “Zhongludao Modern Marine Ranch Complex Project,” and forge a strong, mutually beneficial partnership to support the high-quality development of the city’s marine economy and energy transition.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages, carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation on the construction, comprehensive development, and utilization of a modern marine ranch, and build a sustainable strategic partnership.
