On June 29, 2019, the 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Panda Green Energy Group in Xinjiang Mulei Solar Park officially was connected to the grid. The project is located at Mulei County, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 100 MW. It adopts the technology of block power generation and centralized grid connection, and sends electricity to the mainland through the UHVDC and Zhundong (±1100 kV) "Xinjiang Zhundong- South Anhui" project. The Mulei PV project can transfer 66 billion kwh of power from Xinjiang to East China every year, meeting the daily demand of about 50 million people and reducing coal consumption by 3.24 million tons.

The operation of Mulei PV project is an important achievement for the group company to implement the annual strategic objectives and promote the optimization of assets structure. Despite the time constraints and task complexity, through full cooperation with Shanghai Electric and other relevant units, the group company actively promoted the formalities of grid connection, and successfully achieved the grid connection before 30th, June with high standards and strict control of construction quality, laying a solid foundation for the company's further development.

In the next step, the group management will continue to develop constructive ideas and adopt various cooperation modes to promote landing key initiatives as soon as possible, ensuring the smooth completion of the annual strategic objectives.
