On the afternoon of March 9, Chairman of the Board Zhang Ping and Vice Presidents Huang Hui and Jia Geng of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. went to the Inner Mongolia Regional Company for a field visit and provided guidance, and organized a discussion. Inner Mongolia Regional Company’s General Manager Liu Lei, Deputy General Managers Li Peilong, Tan Hao, Shi Xin, Assistant General Manager Ba Ersha and department heads attended the meeting.





At the meeting Zhang Ping listened to the briefing of the Inner Mongolia Regional Company, and the participants of the meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the development of the Inner Mongolia Regional Company in the next stage.




Zhang Ping spoke highly of the operation and management work of the Inner Mongolia Regional Company and the morale, and put forward the following requirements for the next stage of the work: First, efforts should be made to adhere to safe production and build a safe production management system covering all employees to ensure the stability of safe production. Second, efforts should be made to put benefit and effectiveness first, enhance the development of high-quality projects and resource reserves, while firmly adhering to the principle of income estimation and strengthening post-investment evaluation management so as to make breakthroughs in the annual project expansion indicators. Third, efforts should be made to enhance team building, adhere to the principles of justice, fairness, and openness in arranging all the employees, create a harmonious environment for career development featuring harmonious development, unity and progress, and comprehensively improve team cohesion and competitiveness. Fourth, efforts should be made to solve problems, further consolidate the management foundation, continue to improve the standard system, improve the management process, and realize the integration of system building and business development. Fifth, efforts should be made to enhance the benchmarking management, which should be adopted as an important measure to promote refined and scientific management.
