On October 12, 2021, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Wen Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Haikou National High-tech Zone Development Holdings (“Haikou High-tech Zone”). The two sides had a discussion on cooperation in smart parks, distributed energy and other fields. Sui Xiaofeng, General Manager of Strategic Development of Beijing Energy Holding, Zhang Zhuanghai, Deputy General Manager of Haikou High-tech Zone, Yong Yang, Deputy General Manager, and Pan Huiping, Manager of Contract & Technology Department; Hou Zhiguo, General Manager of Beijing Energy International South China Branch, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.




During the meeting, Wen Yuan welcomed Zhang Ping and his delegation and introduced the development of Haikou High-tech Zone. He said that the company was a state-owned enterprise in Haikou, which was the operator of financing, investment, development and construction of “One Zone and Seven Parks” in Haikou National High-tech Zone and was committed to developing itself into a “first-class high-tech zone operator”. He hoped to further partner with Beijing Energy International in the construction of smart parks and new energy, explore cooperation mode, deliver benefits to enterprises in the high-tech zone and achieve high-quality development.

Zhang Ping introduced the development plan of Beijing Energy International. He said that the company was embracing high-quality and rapid development, and hoped to cooperate with Haikou High-tech Zone, building on the existing construction and planning of the high-tech zone to launch the construction of new energy, charging piles and energy storage facilities, provide tailor-made smart energy comprehensive solutions, create demonstration projects, jointly make advances in innovation and development, reduce energy consumption and operating costs and provide a sound business environment for enterprises in the zone, so as to serve the “One Zone and Seven Parks” strategy.
