On January 14, 2022, Zhu Jun, President of Beijing Energy International met with Zha Zhengfa, Chairman of Zhenfa New Energy and his delegation in Beijing, and the two sides discussed about cooperation in new energy and distributed energy. Chen Xizhen, Vice President of Zhenfa Holdings and President of Zhenfa New Energy, Wei Bo, Vice President of Zhenfa New Energy; Liu Lei, General Manager of North Branch of Beijing Energy International, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.




Zhu Jun welcomed Zha Zhengfa and his delegation and introduced the current development and future planning of Beijing Energy International. He said that as a pilot SOE for mixed-ownership reform, the company was embracing high-quality and rapid development, and doubled down on building itself into a first-class international clean energy investor and operator. Relying on the remarkable strengths in the development, construction and operation of new energy and distributed energy projects Zhenfa Holdings has focused on expanding distributed photovoltaic technology across country. It is hoped that the two sides will enhance exchanges, bring forth new cooperation modes, capitalize on their respective and complementary advantages in resources, technology and expertise, carry out broader and deeper collaboration, and hasten the cooperative demonstration project to substantialize common development.

Zha Zhengfa introduced the development of Zhenfa Holdings. He said that the company had been committed to the integration of photovoltaic power generation systems for more than a decade, prioritized innovation in technology, business model and market development. Its investment, construction and operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants stand out as the front-runners in the industry, which is highly aligned with the development ideas of Beijing Energy International and enjoys wide prospects for future cooperation. It is hoped that the two sides will focus on the overarching national energy strategy, expand areas of cooperation, facilitate project development, construction, capital, technology and operation, and continuously promote the fast and effective development of both sides.
