On January 9, 2023, Beijing Energy International was invited to attend the Lanxi Special Session of the 2023 Winter Centralized Signing Ceremony of Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, signed the investment cooperation agreement on behalf of the company.

At the ceremony, Zhang Ping delivered a speech as the representative of entrepreneurs. Zhang Ping first expressed his warm congratulations on the successful convening of the signing ceremony and his heartfelt thanks to the relevant departments of Suihua Municipal Government for holding such a grand event. He pointed out that hosting centralized signing ceremony of major projects at the beginning of the new year is a critical measure to stimulate economic vitality and is pivotal to strengthen cooperation between government and enterprises, promote industrial development and achieve high-quality development of local economy. He said that Heilongjiang is rich in wind and solar resources and is a key development area for Beijing Energy International. The company will concentrate its best resources in a pragmatic and meticulous way on promoting the new energy projects and supporting industries in Suihua City to make greater contributions to the local economy.

The event was held in Lanxi, sponsored by the CPC Lanxi County Committee and County Government. It aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the local industrial structure, which is of great significance for accelerating the high-quality economic development.
