On July 14, 2023, Beijing Energy International successfully completed the registration of its 3.22MW distributed photovoltaic project in Zhangziying, Liandong, Daxing District, Beijing.

The project is located in Changheng Road, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BETDA) in Daxing District, with a total installed capacity of about 3.22MW. The project can supply electricity for its self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid. After it becomes operational, it is estimated to generate about 3.36 million kWh of green electricity every year, equivalent to saving 1,031 tons of standard coal and reducing about 3,224 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which will promote the green upgrading of BETDA as well as the high-quality development of new energy industry in the capital city.
