BJ ENERGY INTL and Haitai Solar Hold Talks and Sign Cooperative Framework Agreement

Zhang Ping, Executive Director and President of Beijing Energy International, held talks with Wang Yong, Chairman of Haitai Solar Co., Ltd. of Tangshan, in Beijing on March 3. The two parties exchanged views on cooperation in areas such as “Green Electricity to Beijing” transmission corridors and green hydrogen pipeline transportation, and officially signed a cooperative framework agreement. 




During the meeting, both sides provided comprehensive introductions to their respective business operations and core strengths, and conducted detailed discussions on delivering high-quality services to ensure the capital’s green energy security. Both sides agreed that each company has developed strong capabilities and built a solid track record in its respective field. Their visions are highly aligned regarding the promotion of “Green Electricity to Beijing” and the strategic layout of the green hydrogen industry, offering vast potential for collaboration. Moving forward, both parties will leverage this meeting as a catalyst to further optimize resource allocation, deepen regional synergy, and achieve mutual empowerment and win-win results. These efforts aim to tangibly enhance the quality of Beijing’s energy supply and jointly forge a new paradigm for high-quality development during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. 




At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides signed the cooperative framework agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will capitalize on their respective strengths to conduct in-depth cooperation in sectors such as green hydrogen production from green electricity and “Green Electricity to Beijing”, establishing a sustainable cooperative partnership.

Attendees included Xin Tianxiang and Meng Yong, vice presidents of Haitai Solar; Bai Tianming, General Manager of the Hydrogen Energy Business Division; Attendees from Beijing Energy International included Wu Chaoke, Vice President; Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department; Wang Ruotao, General Manager of the Northern Branch; and Liu Yingjie, General Manager of the North China Branch.
