On January 6, 2026, Beijing Energy International’s Baoshan Energy Development Co., Ltd. and AVIC Fund Management Co., Ltd. Hold Handover Ceremony for AVIC Jingneng Hydropower REITs (a follow-on offering of AVIC Jingneng Photovoltaic REITs). Wan Zipeng, General Manager of Baoshan Energy Development Co., Ltd., represented the company in completing the handover with AVIC Fund Management Co., Ltd. The ceremony was witnessed by Liu Dongsheng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International; Liu Xiaolei, Deputy General Manager of the Financing Management Center; and Liu Minhui, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department; alongside the team from AVIC Fund Management Co., Ltd.
During the ceremony, both parties agreed that the issuance of the hydropower REITs project of Baoshan Energy Development Co., Ltd. had achieved significant results, earning the distinction of being the “first of its kind in Yunnan”. Moving forward, both sides will further deepen their cooperation on the securitization of the premium hydropower assets of Baoshan Energy Development Co., Ltd. This partnership will support the company in accelerating its transition toward an asset-light operating model, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development and capital market expansion during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period.
