On April 21, the 46MW photovoltaic project in Changjiaying Village, Jiuxian Town, Yanqing District, Beijing, developed by Beijing Energy International, successfully completed the filing procedure upon approval by the Yanqing District Development and Reform Commission. The project is another key clean energy initiative deployed by the company in the capital region, following the Miyun Mujiayu centralized PV project, marking a further step forward in advancing green energy development in the capital and demonstrating the company’s commitment to serving the capital’s development and fulfilling its “dual carbon” mission.

The project has a planned total installed capacity of 46MW, and operates under a model with 100% of its output delivered to the grid. After commissioning, it is expected to generate approximately 65.1 million kWh of clean electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 19,700 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 57,100 tons. The project will further promote the capital’s energy transition and economic development, and contribute to the early achievement of the “dual carbon” goals.
