On May 7, Zhang Ping, Chairman of Beijing Energy International, visited Tokyo, Japan, and met with Takuya Ogushi, President of Japan’s Smart Energy Co., Ltd. The two parties exchanged views on deepening cooperation in overseas new energy and energy storage sectors.
During the meeting, both sides presented their respective business sectors and industrial layouts and agreed on the vast potential for cooperation. They expressed the hope to establish a long-term communication mechanism through this meeting, and to continuously explore cooperation opportunities in overseas new energy project development and energy storage. Both sides aim to innovate cooperation models, deepen areas of collaboration, leverage complementary advantages, and achieve synergistic development to jointly promote the global transition to green and low-carbon energy.
Attendees included Vice President Fumiya Yamamuraand Vice President Sun Liyan of Japan Smart Energy; Vice President Jia Geng and Vice President Huang Hui of Beijing Energy International; and Wang Qi, Executive Director of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company, along with other relevant personnel.
