On June 4, Jia Geng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with Li Tao, Deputy Director General of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Investment Promotion, and Wang Xuedong, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Binhai New Area Committee and Secretary of the Sub-district Party Working Committee. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the field of new energy.
During the meeting, both parties presented their respective business developments and future plans. All participants agreed that Tianjin possesses a strategic geographical location and a favorable investment environment. Beijing Energy International and Tianjin Binhai New Area share highly aligned development philosophies in the green energy sector, presenting vast prospects for cooperation. They expressed hope to take this meeting as an opportunity to establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, focusing on areas such as new energy and hydrogen-based energy, and to explore diversified cooperation pathways. By leveraging complementary strengths and achieving mutual benefits, they aim to promote both social and economic outcomes for the region and contribute further to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
