Recently, Beijing Energy International’s project development efforts have achieved another success: the company has secured a construction quota for a 30 MW wind power project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. This project represents the first batch of distributed wind power projects developed by the company in the Guangxi region, marking a substantial breakthrough in the company’s expansion of new energy resources in South China.

The project is located in the ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanning City, Guangxi, with a total installed capacity of approximately 30 MW. After commissioning, the project is expected to generate nearly 63 million kilowatt-hours of clean, green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 19,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 52,000 tons. As a valuable source of green energy, the project will optimize the local energy mix. It is also expected to generate employment, increase tax income, and support the area's economic and environmental goals.
