BJ ENERGY INTL Holds Talks with the Government of Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province

On October 27, Jia Geng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with Dong Jie, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yuhuan Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province. The two sides held in-depth discussions on potential cooperation in the fields of the marine economy, marine new energy, and marine ranching. 




During the meeting, the two parties exchanged views on locational advantages, business areas, and industrial layouts. Both sides agreed that Yuhuan City has favorable conditions and significant advantages for marine economic development, with an excellent investment environment. They noted that their development philosophies are highly aligned and that there is vast room for cooperation. Moving forward, both parties will focus on the Zhongludao Marine Ranch Complex Demonstration Project, fully leveraging their respective strengths to identify cooperation opportunities in the areas of the marine economy, marine new energy, marine ranching, and the integration of high-tech industries. They will explore multi-dimensional collaboration models, complement each other’s advantages, and pursue mutual benefit and win-win results, ensuring the early implementation of projects and jointly promoting the high-quality development of Yuhuan City’s marine economy and energy transition.

Attendees included Su Hang, Deputy Director of the Yuhuan Municipal Government Office; Huang Xiangchun, Director of the Yuhuan Bureau of Marine Economic Development; Lin Shengwei, Director of the Yuhuan Investment Promotion Center; Ding Dema, Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Jishan Township; and Zhang Feifeng, Section Chief of the Islands and Sea Areas Division of the Yuhuan Bureau of Natural Resources. Also attending were Wang Binfeng, Deputy General Manager of Zhongludao Marine Ranch Technology Development Co., Ltd.; Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department of Beijing Energy International; and Du Wenyuan, General Manager of the East China Branch.
