On January 27, Wu Chaoke, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with a delegation led by Chang Zhongcheng, Secretary of the Zhenlai County Party Committee of Jilin Province. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector. 

Wu Chaoke warmly welcomed Secretary Chang Zhongcheng and the delegation. He provided a detailed overview of Beijing Energy International’s development journey, industrial footprint, and strategic plans going forward. He also conveyed sincere appreciation for Zhenlai County’s strong support in advancing the “Jilin-to-Beijing Power Transmission Project”. Wu highlighted that Zhenlai County benefits from outstanding wind and solar resources and excellent site conditions for development and construction, making it a vital strategic anchor in the company’s national layout. He expressed hope that, building on the “Jilin-to-Beijing Power Transmission Project” as a foundation, both parties would make full use of their respective strengths to pursue broader and deeper cooperation across multiple dimensions in new energy, and jointly elevate regional high-quality development to a new stage.

Chang Zhongcheng outlined Zhenlai County’s industrial foundation, development advantages, and capacity to host projects. He spoke highly of Beijing Energy International’s impressive track record in the new energy sector and praised the company’s strong sense of responsibility and effective execution in developing and implementing the project. He pointed out that the strategic directions of the county and the company are closely aligned, creating substantial room for collaboration in new energy. He looks forward to further strengthening mutual trust, maintaining regular and effective communication, and using the project as an important bridge to deepen cooperation in a practical and results-oriented way—by expanding cooperation concepts, refining cooperation models, and amplifying cooperation outcomes.

The meeting was also attended by Feng Xiaoming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zhenlai County Party Committee and Deputy County Chief; Duan Lichun, Director of the County Energy Bureau; Long Pengfei, Director of the County Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Wang Xiquan, Chairman of Chenglai Electric; Liang Wei, Vice Chairman of Chenglai Electric; Liu Jiguang, General Manager of the Business Planning Department of Beijing Energy International; and other relevant personnel.
